By accessing and using EnhanceIT PRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Usage and Plans

The Service provides image enhancement capabilities with the following conditions:

• Free accounts receive 3 credits, once. This is a one-time lifetime grant, not a daily or monthly allowance.

• Free-tier results are watermarked. Downloading a clean, unwatermarked result requires a paid plan.

• Paid plans include a credit allowance; tools cost different numbers of credits depending on what they cost us to run. The cost of each tool is shown before you run it.

• Maximum file size per image: 10MB

• Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC, HEIF, BMP, TIFF, AVIF

• Results are retained for 30 days, then deleted automatically

• Processing time may vary based on image size, chosen model and server load

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Detailed information about our subscription plans and pricing is available on our pricing page.

3. Payment Terms

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider

• Subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

• Prices may be subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window under specific conditions. Please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility details.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period

• Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy

• After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the right to use and enhance uploaded images

• Not uploading illegal, offensive, or harmful content

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials

• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

• Managing their subscription and payment information

6. Privacy & Data Security

We prioritize your privacy and data security:

• Images and results are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically

• We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them

• You may delete any result yourself at any time from your library

• User data is protected according to our Privacy Policy

• Payment information is securely processed and encrypted

7. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" with the following limitations:

• We do not guarantee 100% enhancement success for all images

• Service availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice

• Processing times may vary based on server load and image complexity

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes to subscription or payment terms, we will provide advance notice to affected users.
