Refund Policy

1. Overview

At EnhanceIT PRO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a limited refund window to ensure fairness for all customers while protecting the sustainability of our platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

7-day window: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

10% usage limit: No more than 10% of your purchased subscription period or credit balance has been consumed. Requests where usage exceeds 10% are not eligible.

3. What Counts as Usage

Usage is calculated as follows:

  • Subscription plans: The number of days elapsed since the billing date divided by the total billing period. For example, using 3 days of a 30-day plan equals 10% usage.
  • Credit packs: The number of credits consumed divided by the total credits purchased. For example, using 10 credits out of a 100-credit pack equals 10% usage.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • More than 10% of the subscription period or credit balance has been used.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is for a previously refunded transaction.
  • Free plan usage or complimentary credits.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within the 7-day window:

Include: Your order/transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.

We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
  • We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods.
  • Once a refund is issued, any associated subscription or credits will be revoked.
