By accessing and using EnhanceIT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Usage and Plans

The Service provides image enhancement capabilities with the following conditions:

  • Free tier users are limited to 5 image enhancements per day
  • Premium subscribers get unlimited image enhancements
  • Maximum file size per image: 5MB (no size limit for object removal tool)
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, WEBP
  • Maximum dimensions: 2048x2048 pixels (no dimension limit for object removal tool)
  • Processing time may vary based on image size and server load

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Detailed information about our subscription plans and pricing is available on our pricing page.

3. Payment Terms

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
  • Prices may be subject to change with notice

No-Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial or unused subscription periods
  • Service dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of features
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate subscriptions

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused periods
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the right to use and enhance uploaded images
  • Not uploading illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Managing their subscription and payment information

6. Privacy & Data Security

We prioritize your privacy and data security:

  • Images are processed securely and deleted after enhancement
  • We do not store or share your original images
  • Enhanced images are temporarily stored for download only
  • User data is protected according to our Privacy Policy
  • Payment information is securely processed and encrypted

7. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" with the following limitations:

  • We do not guarantee 100% enhancement success for all images
  • Service availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Processing times may vary based on server load and image complexity

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes to subscription or payment terms, we will provide advance notice to affected users.
